Breakfast Ingredients

Method

Breakfast Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Egg Mixture

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the large eggs and milk until well combined. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  2. 2

    Cook the Spinach

In a non-stick skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped spinach and sauté until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add Egg Mixture

Pour the whisked egg mixture over the sautéed spinach in the skillet. Cook until the eggs are set, gently stirring occasionally.

  4. 4

    Add Cheese

Once the eggs are nearly done, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top and cover the skillet until the cheese melts.

Dinner Preparation

  1. 5

    Prepare the Chicken

Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a separate skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. 6

    Cook the Chicken

Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.

  3. 7

    Add Vegetables

Once the chicken is cooked, add minced garlic, sliced bell pepper, and zucchini to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes.

  4. 8

    Add Soy Sauce

Drizzle the soy sauce over the chicken and vegetables, stirring well to combine. Cook for another 2 minutes.

Garnishing

  1. 9

    Plate the Dish

Serve the scrambled egg mixture on one side of the plate and the chicken and vegetables on the other side.

  2. 10

    Add Garnish

Top the dish with chopped fresh parsley and a dollop of sour cream for added flavor.
