Method

Preparation of Ingredients

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

If you are using frozen crispy chicken strips, follow the package instructions to cook them until golden and crispy. Allow to cool slightly, then chop into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels to remove excess grease.

  3. 3

    Prepare Fresh Ingredients

Dice the tomatoes and red onion into small pieces, placing them in separate bowls for easy assembly.

Assembling the Ranch-O-Dilla

  1. 4

    Layer the Ingredients

On one half of each flour tortilla, layer the crispy chicken, chopped bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomato, and diced red onion.

  2. 5

    Fold the Tortilla

Carefully fold the tortilla over to create a half-moon shape, ensuring the ingredients are enclosed.

Grilling

  1. 6

    Heat the Grill

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease the surface if necessary.

  2. 7

    Grill the Ranch-O-Dillas

Place the folded tortillas on the grill or skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Serving

  1. 8

    Cut and Serve

Remove the Ranch-O-Dillas from the grill and let them cool for a minute. Cut each Ranch-O-Dilla into wedges and serve with ranch dressing for dipping.
