Cook the Bacon
In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels. Once cooled, crumble the bacon into small pieces.

Cook the Turkey Sausage
In the same skillet, add the turkey sausage and cook over medium heat until browned and cooked through, breaking it into small pieces with a spatula. Remove from heat.

Prepare the Ham
If using pre-cooked ham, dice it into small cubes. If using raw ham, cook it in the skillet until browned and then dice.

Chop the Scallions
Wash the scallions, trim the ends, and chop them finely, separating the green tops from the white parts.

Combine Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the crumbled bacon, cooked turkey sausage, diced ham, and chopped scallions (both white and green parts).

Add Cheese
Add the shredded cheddar cheese to the meat and scallion mixture, and mix thoroughly until well combined.
Serving

Serve the Dish
Spoon the mixture onto a serving platter or into individual bowls. It can be served warm or at room temperature as a hearty snack or main dish.
