Method

Prepare the Meats

  1. 1

  2. 2

    Prepare the Pulled Pork

Season the pork with a mixture of brown sugar and spices. Smoke at 225°F for 8-10 hours until it easily pulls apart.

  3. 3

    Smoke the Wings

Season the chicken wings with your choice of spices. Smoke them for about 1.5 hours at 225°F until cooked through.

  4. 4

    Candy the Bacon

Coat the bacon strips with brown sugar and bake in the oven at 350°F for 20-25 minutes until crispy and caramelized.

Make the Brisket Hash

    Cook the Hash

Dice potatoes, onion, and green bell pepper. Sauté in a skillet until golden. Add chopped smoked brisket and cook until heated through.

  2. 6
