Prepare the Taco Shells
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange taco shells on a baking sheet and lightly brush them with olive oil to enhance crispiness. Bake for 7-10 minutes until golden and crispy.

Prepare the Avocado and Lettuce
While the taco shells are baking, mash the avocados in a bowl and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Finely chop the lettuce and set aside.
Nikkei Salmon Tartar

Prepare the Salmon
Dice the fresh salmon into small cubes and place them in a mixing bowl. Add soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, and finely chopped green onions to the bowl. Mix gently to combine.

Assemble the Taco Tartar
Once the taco shells are crispy, fill each shell with a layer of mashed avocado followed by chopped lettuce. Top generously with the salmon tartar mixture and finish with a spoonful of tobiko and a drizzle of sriracha sauce.
