Churros Dough Preparation

Add Flour
Once boiling, remove from heat and stir in the flour until the mixture forms a ball. Let it cool for about 5 minutes.

Incorporate Eggs
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition until the dough is smooth and glossy. Finally, incorporate the ground cinnamon.
Frying Churros

Heat Oil
In a deep pot or fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).

Pipe the Dough
Transfer the dough to a piping bag fitted with a large star tip. Pipe 4-6 inch long strips of dough into the hot oil.

Fry Until Golden
Fry churros for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Use a slotted spoon to remove them from the oil and drain on paper towels.
Topping Churros

Mix Sugar and Cinnamon
In a bowl, combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.

Heat Cream
In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it is just about to simmer.

Remove from heat and stir in the chocolate chips and vanilla extract until smooth and fully melted.
