Marinate the Pork
In a large bowl, combine pineapple juice, white vinegar, minced garlic, oregano, cumin, chili powder, salt, black pepper, and ancho chili powder. Mix well.

Add Pork
Cut the pork shoulder into manageable chunks and add it to the marinade. Ensure the pork is completely coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

Grilling
Grill the pork for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Remove from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Once rested, chop the pork into small pieces.

Warm the Tortillas
In a dry skillet over medium heat, warm the corn tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side until they are pliable.

Serve the tacos with lime wedges and sliced radishes on the side.
