Cook the Ground Beef
In a large skillet, over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, for about 5-7 minutes.

- 5
Fill the Tortillas
Take a warmed tortilla and spoon some of the beef filling into the center.
- 6
Add Toppings
Top the beef with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, shredded cheese, and a dollop of sour cream. Add sliced jalapeños if desired.
