Wash the Peppers
Thoroughly rinse the Pimientos de Padrón under cold running water to remove any dirt or impurities. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.

Heat the Oil
In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until it shimmers. Make sure not to let it smoke.

Fry the Peppers
Carefully add the dried Pimientos de Padrón to the hot oil in a single layer. Fry them for about 3-5 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are blistered and slightly charred.
