In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until translucent.

Prepare the Meat Sauce

Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned and no longer pink. Drain excess fat.

Cook the Beef

Stir in tomato sauce, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.

While the sauce simmers, cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Noodles

In a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread a layer of meat sauce, followed by a layer of noodles, and a layer of ricotta cheese. Repeat layers, ending with meat sauce on top.

Assemble the Lasagna

Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top of the final layer of meat sauce.

Add Cheese

Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.

Bake the Lasagna

Let the lasagna cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Toss the zucchini, bell peppers, and eggplant in olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Grill the vegetables for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender and have grill marks. Remove from the grill and set aside.

Slice the halloumi cheese into thick slices. Grill the halloumi for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Spread a generous layer of hummus on two slices of whole grain bread. Layer the grilled vegetables and halloumi on top of the hummus. Optionally, sprinkle with fresh parsley or basil. Top with the remaining slices of bread.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the garganelli pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving a cup of pasta water.

Cook the Pasta

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the truffle butter. Add the prosciutto and cook until crispy, about 3-4 minutes.

Prepare the Sauce

Stir in the frozen peas and cook for another 2 minutes. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat. If the sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water a little at a time until desired consistency is reached.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside on paper towels to drain.

In the same skillet, add olive oil. Sauté the sliced onion until they are translucent and caramelized, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Season the ribeye steak with salt and pepper. In the same skillet, cook the steak over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes.

Cook the Steak

Slice the steak against the grain. Place the sliced steak on the hoagie rolls, top with sautéed onions, crispy bacon, and cheddar cheese. If desired, place the assembled sandwiches under a broiler for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.

Cut the sandwiches in half and serve immediately.

Slice the tomato into thin slices. If using fresh basil, wash and pat dry.

Prepare the Ingredients

On one slice of the Italian bread or ciabatta, layer the soppressata, salami, and provolone cheese.

Place the tomato slices on top of the cheese, sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste, and add the fresh basil leaves.

Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the assembled sandwich.

Top with the second slice of bread. Press down gently, then slice in half if desired.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the gramigna pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic cloves (minced) and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add the pork sausage, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook until browned and cooked through.

Prepare the Sausage

Stir in the chopped Swiss chard and cook for about 3-4 minutes until wilted. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Add the cooked gramigna pasta to the skillet with the sausage and Swiss chard. Toss to combine, adding reserved pasta water a little at a time to create a light sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.

Serve hot, garnished with additional black pepper if desired.

Slice the baguette or rustic bread into long pieces, about 1 inch thick.

On each slice of bread, layer the smoked turkey, followed by a slice of brie cheese.
