1. Prepare the Beef

Season the beef sirloin with salt and black pepper. Rub olive oil over the meat to ensure even seasoning.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the beef for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from heat and let it rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing.
