Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Shred the chicken with two forks and mix it with the BBQ sauce until well coated.

Make the BBQ Chicken

In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Toss until everything is well mixed.

Prepare the Coleslaw

Slice the slider buns in half. On the bottom half, place a generous amount of the BBQ chicken mixture followed by a scoop of coleslaw. Top with the other half of the bun.

Assemble the Sliders

Serve the BBQ chicken sliders warm with extra BBQ sauce on the side if desired.
