Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Dice the top sirloin steak, green bell pepper, onion, and tomato into small pieces. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Steak

In a skillet over medium-high heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Once hot, add the diced steak and cook until browned and cooked to your liking, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.

  3. 3

    Sauté Vegetables

In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil. Add the diced onions and green bell pepper, and sauté until they are soft, about 3-4 minutes. Add the diced tomato and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

  4. 4

    Make the Omelet

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and black pepper. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Cook on medium-low heat until the edges start to set.

  5. 5

    Add Steak and Cheese

Once the omelet is partially cooked, evenly distribute the cooked steak and cheese over one half of the omelet. Carefully fold the omelet in half and cook for another minute or until the cheese is melted.

  6. 6

    Serve

Slide the omelet onto a plate and serve hot. Enjoy your steak omelet!
