Method

Preparation

1

Prepare the Chicken Wings

Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

2

Prepare the Marinade

In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Whisk until well combined.

3

Marinate the Wings

Add the chicken wings to the marinade and toss to coat them evenly. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight for best results).

Cooking

4

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

5

Bake the Wings

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the marinated wings on the rack in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.

6

Optional Garnish

If desired, chop fresh parsley and green onions for garnish.

Serving

7

Serve the Wings

Remove the wings from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley and green onions, if using.
