Burger Ingredients

Method

Prepare the Jalapeño Popper Spread

  1. 1

    Make the Spread

In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined. Set aside.

Cook the Burger

  1. 2

    Form and Cook the Patties

Divide the ground beef into two equal portions and form into patties. Season with salt and pepper. Grill or pan-fry over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes per side, until cooked to your desired doneness.

  2. 3

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet, cook the bacon slices over medium heat until crispy. Remove and let drain on paper towels.

Assemble the Burger

  1. 4

    Build the Burger

Spread a generous amount of jalapeño popper spread on the bottom half of each burger bun. Place the cooked patty on top, followed by the crispy bacon, pickled red onions, and slices of fresh jalapeño. Drizzle with fuego sauce and top with the other half of the bun.
