Prepare the Brussels Sprouts
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Trim the stem ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Cut them in half lengthwise.

Season the Brussels Sprouts
In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until they are well coated.
Roasting

Roast the Brussels Sprouts
Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown, tossing halfway through.
Making the Aioli

Prepare the Spicy Aioli
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, lemon juice, and minced garlic until smooth. Adjust the spiciness by adding more Sriracha if desired.

Combine and Serve
Once the Brussels sprouts are roasted, remove them from the oven and toss them in the spicy aioli. Top with grated Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
