Preparation Steps
- 1
Prepare the Brisket
If not already done, smoke the brisket until tender. Let it rest, then slice or shred it into bite-sized pieces.
- 2
Layer the Nachos
On a large baking sheet, spread out a layer of tortilla chips. Top evenly with the smoked brisket.
- 3
Add Cheese Sauce
Drizzle the cheese sauce generously over the brisket and chips.
- 4
Add Jalapeños
Scatter the sliced jalapeños over the top of the cheese-covered nachos.
- 5
Bake the Nachos
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
- 6
Finish with BBQ Sauce
Remove the nachos from the oven and drizzle with BBQ sauce before serving.
