Preparation of Seafood

    Prepare the Crawfish

    Rinse the crawfish thoroughly under cold water to remove any debris. Set aside.

    Prepare the Shrimp

    Ensure the shrimp are peeled and deveined. Rinse under cold water and set aside.

    Prepare the Snow Crab Legs

    Thaw the snow crab legs if frozen. Rinse under cold water and set aside.

Cooking

    Boil the Water

    In a large pot, bring 4 quarts of water to a rolling boil over high heat.

    Add Seasonings

    Once the water is boiling, add the sliced lemon, bay leaves, quartered onion, smashed garlic cloves, and all the seasonings (Old Bay, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper) into the pot. Stir well.

    Cook the Crawfish

    Add the crawfish to the pot and cook for about 3-5 minutes.

    Add the Shrimp

    After 3-5 minutes, add the shrimp to the pot. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until shrimp are pink and firm.

    Add the Snow Crab Legs

    Finally, add the snow crab legs and cook for another 5-7 minutes until heated through.

    Drain and Serve

    Carefully drain the seafood using a colander. Serve immediately on a large platter.
