Steak

Lobster Tail

Garnish (Optional)

Method

Preparing the Steak

  1. 1

    Season the Steak

Pat the ribeye steaks dry with paper towels. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and black pepper on both sides. Rub the seasonings into the meat.

  2. 2

    Grill the Steak

Preheat the grill to high heat. Place the seasoned steaks on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.

Preparing the Lobster Tail

  1. 3

    Prep the Lobster

Using kitchen scissors, cut down the center of the lobster shell, stopping just before the tail fin. Carefully pull the lobster meat out and lay it on top of the shell.

  2. 4

    Season the Lobster

In a small bowl, mix melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Brush this mixture generously over the lobster meat.

  3. 5

    Grill the Lobster

Reduce the grill heat to medium. Place the lobster tails on the grill, meat side up. Grill for about 6-8 minutes, basting with the butter mixture, until the meat is opaque and cooked through.

Serving

  1. 6

    Plate the Dish

Slice the steaks if desired and place them on a serving platter alongside the grilled lobster tails. Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges if using.

  2. 7

    Enjoy

Serve immediately while hot and enjoy your delicious surf and turf!
