Cool Cucumber Dipping Sauce

Method

Jalapeño Poppers Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare Jalapeños

Slice the jalapeño peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes for less heat.

  3. 3

    Mix Filling

In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt until well combined.

  4. 4

    Fill Jalapeños

Spoon the cheese mixture into each jalapeño half.

  5. 5

    Wrap with Bacon

Cut the bacon slices in half and wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a piece of bacon, securing it with a toothpick if necessary.

  6. 6

    Bake

Place the wrapped jalapeños on a baking sheet and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.

Cool Cucumber Dipping Sauce Preparation

  1. 7

    Prepare Cucumber

Grate the cucumber and remove excess water by squeezing it in a clean cloth.

  2. 8

    Mix Sauce

In a bowl, combine the yogurt, grated cucumber, dill, lemon juice, minced garlic, and salt. Mix well until smooth.

  3. 9

    Chill

Refrigerate the dipping sauce for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
