Method

Preparation of Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Place the salmon fillets in the mixture and coat well. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

While the salmon is marinating, preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F or 190°C to 200°C).

Preparation of Vegetables

  1. 3

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and slice the zucchini and bell pepper into bite-sized pieces. Trim the ends of the asparagus. Rinse the cherry tomatoes.

  2. 4

    Grill the Vegetables

In a large bowl, toss the prepared vegetables with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Place them on the grill in a grill basket or directly on the grill grate. Grill for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.

Grilling the Salmon

  1. 5

    Grill the Salmon Fillets

Place the marinated salmon fillets on the preheated grill. Grill for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Serving

  1. 6

    Plate the Dish

Once the salmon and vegetables are cooked, remove them from the grill. Place a salmon fillet on each plate and serve alongside the grilled seasonal vegetables. Enjoy your meal!
