Prepare the Peaches
Wash and slice the fresh peaches, removing the pits. Place them in a large mixing bowl.

Mix the Filling
Add granulated sugar, lemon juice, ground cinnamon, and flour to the sliced peaches. Toss to combine evenly.

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Make the Batter
In another mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in milk until smooth.

Melt the Butter
Melt the stick of unsalted butter in a 9x13 inch baking dish in the preheated oven.

Bake the Cobbler
Place the baking dish back into the oven and bake for 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
