Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and cut all the vegetables as indicated. Trim the green beans and cut them into 1-inch pieces. Dice the red bell pepper, zucchini, and yellow squash. Mince the shallots.
Cooking

Cook the Bacon
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the chopped bacon. Cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside, leaving the rendered fat in the skillet.

Sauté the Vegetables
In the same skillet with the bacon fat, add the minced shallots. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until they become translucent. Then, add the corn, green beans, red bell pepper, zucchini, and yellow squash. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

Prepare the Creamy Sauce
Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth into the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Stir to combine, then season with salt and black pepper. Bring to a simmer and let it cook for another 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
