Cooking Pasta

    Boil Water

    In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt.

    Cook Pasta

    Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Preparing Vegetables

    Chop Vegetables

    While the pasta is cooking, wash and chop the bell peppers, zucchini, carrot, and broccoli into bite-sized pieces.

    Halve Cherry Tomatoes

    Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and set them aside.

Making the Sauce

    Heat Olive Oil

    In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

    Sauté Garlic

    Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

    Add Vegetables

    Add the chopped bell peppers, zucchini, carrot, and broccoli to the skillet. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

    Season

    Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the sautéed vegetables and stir well.

    Combine with Pasta

    Add the cooked pasta and cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Toss everything together to combine.

    Add Parmesan

    Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta and toss again until evenly coated.

Serving

    Garnish

    Remove from heat and garnish with chopped fresh basil before serving.

    Divide the pasta primavera into serving bowls and enjoy warm.
