Ranch Dressing
Method
Cauliflower Preparation
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). This ensures that the cauliflower will roast properly and become crispy.
- 2
Prepare the Cauliflower
Remove the leaves from the cauliflower head and cut it into bite-sized florets. Make sure they are of uniform size for even cooking.
- 3
Season the Cauliflower
In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the cauliflower is well coated.
- 4
Bake the Cauliflower
Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets onto a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- 5
Coat with Buffalo Sauce
Remove the cauliflower from the oven and place it in a clean bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the hot cauliflower and toss to coat evenly.
- 6
Return to Oven
Return the coated cauliflower to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 10 minutes to set the buffalo sauce.
Ranch Dressing Preparation
- 7
Mix Dressing Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- 8
Whisk Until Smooth
Using a whisk, mix all the ingredients until smooth and well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- 9
Chill the Dressing
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
