Panna Cotta Preparation

Prepare Gelatin
Sprinkle gelatin over 3 tablespoons of cold water in a small bowl and let it sit for about 5 minutes until it blooms.

Heat Mixture
In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, whole milk, and sugar. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is hot but not boiling.

Combine Gelatin
Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved. Add vanilla extract and mix well.

Chill
Pour the mixture into individual ramekins or cups and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

Cool Sauce
Remove from heat and let the berry sauce cool. You can blend it for a smoother texture if desired.
Serving

Once the panna cotta is set, carefully unmold it onto plates and drizzle the berry sauce over the top before serving.
