Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- 2
Sear the Chicken
In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- 3
Make the Sauce
In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and the minced garlic. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add the white wine and let it simmer for about 3-4 minutes, allowing it to reduce slightly.
- 4
Finish the Sauce
Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream. Allow the sauce to simmer for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until it thickens. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- 5
Combine and Serve
Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, coating them with the sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
