Method

Ceviche Preparation

1

Prepare the Shrimp

In a bowl, combine the shrimp with Clamato juice and lime juice. Ensure the shrimp is fully submerged in the liquids.

2

Marinate the Shrimp

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, allowing the shrimp to marinate and 'cook' in the citrus juices.

Pico de Gallo Preparation

3

Combine Ingredients

In a separate bowl, mix together the diced tomatoes, red onion, chopped cilantro, minced jalapeño, and salt.

4

Let it Rest

Allow the pico de gallo to sit for about 15 minutes to let the flavors meld together.

Tostada Assembly

5

Assemble the Tostadas

On each tostada shell, layer a generous portion of the marinated shrimp ceviche.

6

Add Pico de Gallo

Top with a spoonful of the pico de gallo mixture.

7

Finish with Avocado

Add slices of avocado on top of the ceviche and garnish with additional cilantro.

8

Serve Immediately

Serve the tostadas immediately for the best texture and flavor. Enjoy!
