Made with crispy tortilla chips and your choice of plain cheese, chicken, ground beef or picadillo (shredded beef and pork). Topped with tomatoes and green onions. Jalapenos added upon request. Add Deluxe (sour cream & guacamole) for $2.50.

    Prepare the Protein

    If you are using chicken, ground beef, or picadillo, ensure that they are cooked and shredded or crumbled as appropriate. Set aside.

    Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Assembly

    Layer Tortilla Chips

    Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet.

    Add Cheese

    Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese evenly over the tortilla chips.

    Add Protein

    Add your choice of shredded chicken, ground beef, or picadillo on top of the cheese.

    Add Toppings

    Evenly distribute the diced tomatoes, chopped green onions, and sliced jalapeños over the nachos.

Baking

    Bake the Nachos

    Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serving

    Once baked, remove from the oven and serve immediately with sour cream and guacamole on the side for an additional charge.
