Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking the cheese dip.

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Transfer the cheese mixture to a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
