Cook and Shred Beef
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the shredded beef (asada) until heated through and slightly crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat.

Layer the Nachos
Evenly distribute the cooked shredded beef over the tortilla chips, followed by the shredded cheddar cheese. Ensure even coverage for optimal melting.

Bake the Nachos
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the nachos in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Adding Toppings

Top the Nachos
Remove the nachos from the oven and immediately top with pico de gallo, sour cream, guacamole, fresh cilantro, and sliced jalapeños. Adjust the quantities based on personal preference.
