Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Fish
Season the fish fillets with salt, pepper, and your choice of spices. Heat a skillet over medium heat with some oil and cook the fish fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- 2
Cook the Shrimp
In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and are cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
- 3
Prepare the Coleslaw
In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix with your favorite dressing (such as mayonnaise or vinegar-based dressing). Toss to combine and set aside.
- 4
Prepare the Fries
Cook the frozen fries according to the package instructions, until they are crispy and golden.
- 5
Cook the Hushpuppies
Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot. Drop spoonfuls of hushpuppy batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
- 6
Warm the Rolls
Place the dinner rolls in a warm oven for about 5 minutes to heat through.
- 7
Serve
On a large platter, arrange the cooked fish, shrimp, fries, coleslaw, hushpuppies, and dinner rolls. Serve hot and enjoy!
