Preparation Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Shrimp
Choose your shrimp preparation: Fry or Blacken. For fried shrimp, heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Dredge shrimp in seasoned flour and fry until golden and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. For blackened shrimp, season shrimp with Cajun spices and cook in a hot skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until charred and cooked through.
- 2
Prepare the Salad
Wash and chop Romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, croutons, and Parmesan cheese.
- 3
Dress the Salad
Add Caesar dressing to the salad mixture and toss until evenly coated.
- 4
Assemble the Salad
Top the dressed salad with the prepared Gulf shrimp. Add additional dressing if desired.
- 5
Serve
Serve immediately with extra Parmesan and choice of ranch or roasted garlic balsamic on the side.
