Prepare Coffee Mixture
Brew 1 cup of espresso coffee and let it cool slightly. In a shallow dish, combine the brewed espresso with the coffee liqueur.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and granulated sugar until the mixture is smooth and pale in color.

Add Mascarpone
Gently fold the mascarpone cheese into the egg yolk mixture until well combined.

Whip Heavy Cream
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- 6
Combine Mixtures
Carefully fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully incorporated.
Assembly
- 7
Layer the Filling
Spread half of the mascarpone filling over the layer of soaked ladyfingers in the dish.
- 8
Add Second Layer
