Dirty Martini Recipe

Preparation

   Chill Your Glass

   Before mixing the cocktail, chill your martini glass by filling it with ice water and setting it aside.

   Mix the Ingredients

   In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of gin, 1 oz of olive brine, and 0.5 oz of dry vermouth.

   Shake with Ice

   Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

   Strain into Glass

   Empty the water out of the martini glass and strain the mixture from the shaker into the chilled glass.

   Garnish

   Add 2 cocktail olives on a skewer and place them in the drink. Optionally, drizzle a teaspoon of olive oil over the top for added flavor.
