Croutons Preparation

Prepare the Croutons
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the bread into bite-sized cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.

Season and Bake
Drizzle the olive oil over the bread cubes and sprinkle with garlic powder and salt. Toss to coat evenly. Spread the cubes on a baking sheet and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Let them cool.

Mix Dressing Ingredients
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, grated Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Salad Assembly

Prepare Romaine Lettuce
Wash and dry the romaine lettuce thoroughly. Chop or tear it into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.

Combine Ingredients
Add the croutons to the bowl with the romaine lettuce. Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the top.
