In a microwave-safe bowl, add the white chocolate chips. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted and smooth. Set aside to cool slightly.

In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream and milk. Whisk together until well blended.

Slowly drizzle the melted white chocolate into the cream mixture while whisking continuously to ensure it is well combined.
Churn the Ice Cream

Prepare Ice Cream Maker
Ensure that your ice cream maker is properly assembled and chilled according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Pour Mixture into Ice Cream Maker
Pour the combined mixture into the ice cream maker's bowl.

Add Macadamia Nuts
Once the mixture starts to thicken (usually after about 10-15 minutes), slowly add the chopped macadamia nuts.

Continue to churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until the ice cream reaches a soft-serve consistency, about 20-25 minutes.
