In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

While the pasta is cooking, chop the bell peppers, zucchini, carrot, and halve the cherry tomatoes. Prepare the broccoli florets by cutting them into bite-sized pieces.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Pour the vegetable broth into the skillet and bring to a simmer. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing everything together. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and basil, mixing until the cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
