Method

Prepare Fried Chicken Cutlets

  1. 1

    Prepare Chicken

Slice chicken breasts into cutlet-sized pieces. Season with salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.

  2. 2

    Breading Process

Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and another with bread crumbs. Dredge each chicken cutlet in flour, dip into egg, then coat with bread crumbs.

  3. 3

    Fry Chicken

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the breaded chicken cutlets for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.

Prepare Dressings

  1. 4

    Make Louis Dressing

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, hot sauce, and dill pickle relish. Mix well and set aside.

  2. 5

    Make House Dressing

In another bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and set aside.

Assemble Sliders

  1. 6

    Build the Sliders

Slice slider buns in half. Spread a layer of pimento cheese on the bottom half of each bun. Place a fried chicken cutlet on top, add a slice of sweet & sour pickle, and drizzle with both Louis dressing and house dressing. Top with the other half of the bun.

Prepare French Fries

  1. 7

    Cook French Fries

Prepare frozen French fries according to package instructions, typically by baking or frying until golden and crispy.
