Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare Pita Bread
Cut each pita bread into 8 wedges.

Season Wedges
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and paprika. Toss the pita wedges in the mixture until evenly coated.

Bake Chips
Arrange the seasoned pita wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for about 10-15 minutes or until they are crispy and golden brown. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.

Prepare Chickpeas
Rinse and drain the canned chickpeas, removing any loose skins for a smoother texture.

Blend Ingredients
In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic cloves, olive oil, fresh parsley, fresh dill, salt, and water.

Blend Until Smooth
Process the mixture until smooth and creamy. If the hummus is too thick, add an additional tablespoon of water until desired consistency is reached.
Assemble and Serve

In a serving bowl, spread the herbed hummus evenly.
