Method

Sliders Preparation

  1. 1

    Mix Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

  2. 2

    Form Patties

Divide the meat mixture into 2 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about 1 inch thick.

  3. 3

    Cook Patties

Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on one side until browned, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes. If using cheese, place a slice on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.

  4. 4

    Toast Buns

While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the slider buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

Assemble Sliders

  1. 5

    Build the Sliders

Place each cooked patty on a toasted slider bun. Top each patty with ketchup, mustard, and pickles.

Prepare Sides

  1. 6

    Cook French Fries

Prepare french fries according to package instructions, either by baking or frying until crispy.
