Meatballs

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. 2

    Mix Meatball Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground lamb, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

  3. 3

    Form Meatballs

Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. 4

    Bake Meatballs

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and browned on the outside.

Tzatziki Sauce

  1. 5

    Prepare Cucumber

Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.

  2. 6

    Mix Tzatziki Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

  3. 7

    Chill

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

Tomato Cucumber Relish

  1. 8

    Prepare Vegetables

Dice the tomatoes and cucumber. Finely chop the red onion.

  2. 9

    Mix Relish Ingredients

In a bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, diced cucumber, red onion, chopped parsley, olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Toss to combine.

  3. 10

    Let Sit

Allow the relish to sit for about 10 minutes before serving to enhance flavors.
