Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Mix Meatball Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground lamb, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Form Meatballs
Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake Meatballs
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and browned on the outside.
Tzatziki Sauce

Prepare Cucumber
Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.

Mix Tzatziki Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
Tomato Cucumber Relish

Mix Relish Ingredients
In a bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, diced cucumber, red onion, chopped parsley, olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Toss to combine.

Allow the relish to sit for about 10 minutes before serving to enhance flavors.
