Stir in the crawfish tails and cook for about 5 minutes until heated through.

Pour in the heavy cream, then add Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and let the sauce simmer for 5-7 minutes until it thickens slightly.

Combine and Serve

Add the cooked fettuccine to the sauce, tossing to coat the pasta evenly with the creamy sauce.
