Clean the Mushrooms
Gently wipe the jumbo mushrooms with a damp cloth to remove any dirt. Remove the stems and set aside.

Mix the Stuffing
In a large bowl, combine the sautéed onion and garlic with crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Stuff the Mushrooms
Take each jumbo mushroom cap and fill it generously with the crab stuffing mixture, pressing down slightly to ensure it is packed in.

Choose Cooking Method
You can either bake or fry the stuffed mushrooms. For baking, preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly. For frying, heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the stuffed mushrooms for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Prepare the Sauce
In a small bowl, combine prepared horseradish, ketchup, and sugar. Mix until smooth and well blended. Adjust sweetness to taste.

Serve the Dish
Arrange the baked or fried crab stuffed mushrooms on a serving platter and serve with the sweet horseradish sauce on the side.
