Prep Seafood

Prepare the Shrimp
In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes or until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from heat, drain, and let cool. Chop into bite-sized pieces.

Prepare the Crab Meat
If using fresh crab meat, gently flake the crab meat into large chunks, ensuring there are no shells. If using canned crab meat, drain and rinse before use.
Make Remoulade Sauce

Combine Ingredients
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper.

Mix Well
Whisk together until all ingredients are well blended and the sauce is smooth.
Combine Seafood and Sauce

Mix Seafood with Sauce
Gently fold the cooked shrimp and crab meat into the remoulade sauce until well coated. Be careful not to break up the seafood.
Serve

Garnish and Serve
Transfer the crab and shrimp remoulade to a serving dish. Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh parsley sprigs if desired. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
