Prepare the Vegetables
Wash the Roma tomato and slice it into thin rounds. Set aside. Rinse the shredded lettuce and reserve it for the sandwich.

Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the applewood bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towels and set aside.

Layer the Sandwich
On a clean cutting board or plate, lay out 3 slices of brioche bread. Spread 1 tablespoon of honey mustard on each slice. On the first slice, add 2 slices of mozzarella cheese, followed by 2 slices of turkey, then 2 slices of bacon. On the second slice, add 2 slices of colby cheese, 2 slices of ham, and the sliced Roma tomato. On the third slice, place the shredded lettuce.

Complete the Sandwich
Carefully stack the layers on top of each other, with the first slice on the bottom, followed by the second and the third slice on top.

Prepare the French Fries
In a separate pot, heat oil over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the French fries and cook according to package instructions until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels and season with salt.
