Salad Preparation

Prepare the Lettuce
Rinse the romaine lettuce under cold water to remove any dirt. Shake off excess water and chop or tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.

Add Parmesan
Place the chopped romaine in a large salad bowl and add the grated Parmesan cheese. Toss gently to combine.
Dressing Preparation

Combine Ingredients for Dressing
In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and anchovy paste until smooth.

Season the Dressing
Add black pepper and salt to taste. Whisk the dressing until well combined and adjust seasoning as necessary.
Parmesan Crisps Preparation

Make the Parmesan Crisps
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place small mounds of shredded Parmesan cheese onto the parchment, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Flatten each mound slightly.

Bake the Crisps
Bake in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Combine Salad and Dressing
Drizzle the prepared Caesar dressing over the romaine and Parmesan mixture. Toss gently to coat all the leaves evenly with the dressing.

Plate the salad and top each serving with a few Parmesan crisps for added crunch. Serve immediately.
