Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. While the grill is heating, season both sides of the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.

  2. 2

    Grill the Chicken

Once the grill is hot, place the seasoned chicken breasts on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Cooking Pasta

  1. 3

    Cook the Angel Hair Pasta

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the angel hair pasta and cook according to package instructions, usually about 4-5 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Assembly

  1. 4

    Combine Sauces

In a medium saucepan, heat the marinara sauce and Alfredo sauce together over medium heat until warmed through.

  2. 5

    Assemble the Dish

In a large serving plate, layer the cooked angel hair pasta, then place the sliced grilled chicken on top. Pour the combined sauces over the chicken and pasta, then sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly on top.

  3. 6

    Melt the Cheese

Place the assembled dish under a broiler for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Keep a close eye on it to prevent burning.

Serving

  1. 7

    Serve Hot

Remove from the broiler and let cool for a minute. Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
