Chicken Marinade

Alfredo Sauce

Method

Prepare Chicken

  1. 1

    Marinate Chicken

In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat them evenly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Grill Chicken

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for about 6-8 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let it rest before slicing.

Prepare Alfredo Sauce

  1. 3

    Melt Butter

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  2. 4

    Add Cream and Cheese

Slowly pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly. Bring to a simmer and then add the grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until melted and smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Cook Pasta

  1. 5

    Boil Water

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add salt once the water is boiling.

  2. 6

    Cook Fettuccine

Add fettuccine pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and set aside.

Combine and Serve

  1. 7

    Mix Pasta and Sauce

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked fettuccine and Alfredo sauce. Toss until the pasta is well coated.

  2. 8

    Serve

Slice the grilled chicken and place it on top of the pasta. Garnish with chopped parsley and additional grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
