Method
Cheesecake
- 1
Prepare the crust
Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create an even layer. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool.
- 2
Make the cheesecake filling
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add in granulated sugar, mixing well. Add sour cream and vanilla extract, mixing until combined. Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed until just combined.
- 3
Bake the cheesecake
Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust in the springform pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door ajar for 1 hour. Then refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Frangelico Sauce
- 4
Prepare the Frangelico sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine Frangelico liqueur and heavy cream. Stir continuously until heated through. Once it starts to simmer, add powdered sugar and mix until well dissolved. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
Blueberry Sauce
- 5
Make the blueberry sauce
In a saucepan, combine blueberries, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring gently until the mixture comes to a boil and thickens. Remove from heat and let it cool completely.
Strawberry Sauce
- 6
Prepare the strawberry sauce
In a bowl, combine sliced strawberries with granulated sugar and lemon juice. Allow to sit for about 10-15 minutes until the strawberries release their juices.
